Cambridge Montessori School has grown and evolved from a modest one-room schoolhouse to a prestigious institution spread over three campuses surrounding one of the most beautiful parks in Cambridge.
Over the Years
Over the years, we have remained committed to providing children with an enriching and authentic Montessori education that extends beyond our school walls, through partnerships with local organizations and a conscious immersion in community life.
Our dedicated teachers are fully accredited Montessorians who nurture, follow, and respect each child's spirit as a means to unlock their full potential. We believe in providing an environment that fosters independence, and where children learn in a setting that balances freedom and structure.
Our admission process is created to give you a clear sense of our program and to give us the opportunity to get to know your family. We seek a diverse group of children and families who are interested in a Montessori education. We hope you will visit our campus to learn more about our individualized approach to teaching and learning.
Located in the heart of Cambridge, MA, CMS is a private school serving children eighteen months through grade 8 in four distinct programs: Toddler, Primary, Elementary and Middle School. CMS educates the whole child, applying the Montessori philosophy in a joyful learning environment.
