Inquiry and Application
To be considered for admission, families must complete these steps:
Attend an Open House or Info Session
Cambridge Montessori School is excited to welcome current and prospective families to visit our school for upcoming admissions events! Our admission events are thoughtfully planned to give you a full picture of our community of learners.
Weekly Information Sessions will be held on Thursdays during the months of September and October, starting on September 22nd. Each session will be held in the Toddler/Primary School library from 9:15 to 10:15. Children are welcome and refreshments will be served.
Our All-School Open House will be held on October 30, 2016 at 1:00pm-3:30pm and will begin at our Elementary building located at 129 Sherman Street, Cambridge, MA 02140. The afternoon will feature a school overview, classroom tours, and informal conversations with Cambridge Montessori faculty and parents. Attendance at an Open House is not required but provides an important opportunity to learn about our programs.
Please stay tuned for more information or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
After submitting an enrollment contract the Admissions office will call to schedule a morning to visit our school for a tour, classroom observation, and to meet with Jenifer, our Director of Admissions. Visits for the 2017-2018 academic year begin in late October. Given the limited number of appointments available, we are only able to accommodate one visit per family. Families applying at more than one grade level do not need to schedule separate visits.

Application deadline is January 15, 2017. Completed applications, including records for current and former schools, AISNE teacher evaluation(s), and the non-refundable $55 application fee must be received by February 1st. If you have any questions, please contact the Admissions Office.
Submit Supporting Documentation by February 1st

Child visits for the Toddler & Primary Program will occur in January and February and is our opportunity to get to know your child in a playgroup setting. For our older students in Elementary and Middle School will spend part of the morning in a classroom as part of their introduction to our upper school. While applicants visit, parents have the opportunity to speak with members of our parent community.
